GRK is currently completing IMP plans associated with several bulk fuel facilities within the continental United States.
Work includes receptor evaluations, advancement of borings and temporary groundwater monitoring wells and soil/groundwater sampling for petroleum hydrocarbons, volatile organics, semi-volatile organics and lead. (States of Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas)
We designed the Remediation by Natural Attenuation (RNA) CAP. We are in the final phase (final quarter) of implementation monitoring and we anticipate obtaining site closure in the very near future.
On a UST site in which horizontal and vertical delineation of contaminate plume is complete and a CAP is soon to be impleted, four underground storage tanks have been removed. Report has been submitted to ADEM.
GRK completed Soil and groundwater sampling activities including monitoring well installation. Free product recovery ongoing using high vacuum extraction process. Horizontal and vertical delineation of subsurface impact is complete. Corrective action in progress.

Completed multiple Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in several states in which records reviews, interviews, and site reconnaissance was conducted to reduce clients’ risk of environmental liabilities in commercial real estate transactions.
Provided clients with reports concerning environmental issues associated with their commercial real estate transactions.
Four underground storage tanks, dispensers, and product lines were removed and closure report submitted. Prelimary Investigation scheduled.
